Per piece
The MikroTik cAPGi-5HaxD2HaxD, commonly known as the cAP ax, is a high-performance, dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) access point designed for ceiling or wall mounting. It's a key component for creating robust and seamless wireless coverage in environments like offices, hotels, or other crowded spaces.

Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax): This is the core feature. Wi-Fi 6 offers significant improvements over previous standards, including faster speeds (up to 40% faster in 5 GHz and 90% faster in 2.4 GHz), lower latency, and improved efficiency in high-density environments.
Dual-Band Connectivity: The device operates on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless bands, providing a combined maximum data rate of up to 1800 Mbps.
Processor and Memory: It's powered by a modern quad-core 1.8 GHz CPU with 1 GB of RAM. This powerful hardware allows it to handle a large number of connected clients and complex network tasks without performance degradation.
Ports: The cAP ax has two Gigabit Ethernet ports. A key feature is that one of these ports supports PoE-in (802.3af/at) to power the device, while the other supports PoE-out (passive PoE) to power another device like a camera or a second access point.
RouterOS: It runs on MikroTik's powerful and feature-rich RouterOS v7 operating system. This provides a full suite of networking functionalities, including advanced routing, firewall rules, IPsec hardware encryption, and support for the CAPsMAN central management system to easily manage hundreds of access points from a single location.
Design: The ceiling-mount design helps to minimize signal loss from obstacles and provides a wide, uniform coverage area. Its discreet, smoke-detector-like appearance helps it blend into its surroundings.
