Ubiquiti POE-24-12W
Per piece
The Ubiquiti POE-24-12W is a 24V, 12W Power over Ethernet (PoE) adapter. Its primary function is to provide both electrical power and data to compatible network devices over a single Ethernet cable, which simplifies installation and reduces cable clutter.

Â
Output Power: The adapter delivers 24V DC at a maximum current of 0.5A, for a total power output of 12W. This makes it suitable for powering a variety of Ubiquiti's lower-power devices, such as certain airMAX radios and UniFi access points.
Passive PoE: This is a passive PoE injector, which means it constantly supplies 24V of power to the connected device. It does not perform a power negotiation like active PoE standards (e.g., 802.3af/at). It is critical to use this adapter only with devices that are specifically designed to accept 24V passive PoE to prevent damage.
Ethernet Speed: This standard model typically features a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port. For devices that require higher throughput, a different version, the POE-24-12W-G, which has a Gigabit (1000 Mbps) port, is available.
Device Protection: The adapter includes safety features like surge protection and earth grounding to protect your network equipment from electrical damage and electrostatic discharge (ESD) events.
Design: It's a compact, black or white plastic unit intended for indoor use. It often includes a wall-mounting bracket for easy installation.
